To lead and be followed

Yes today’s hot topic, leadership, I’m not writing this article due to our country’s political condition, just giving some ideas on how to be a leader, that lead with love ~

Your idea is not always the best
>> Having a good meeting session means that you need to listen, to all opinions given and make comparison, think of the pro and con of each idea, don’t care from whom the idea is, because a good leader always let the best idea wins…

Understand your followers’ problem
>> Sometimes, as a leader you need to be “down below” with all the person below you, listen to what they said, understand their needs, before any decisions is made…

Always telling the truth
>>Once you lied to the people, it’s always hard for you to gain back their trust, and when you started to lie, you’ll begin to lie again to cover up your 1st lie..and another and another and another….

Make sure that you’re not just a big name
>>you must show that you play your role and not just giving orders. Don’t be a dictator or a leader with iron fingernail haha…

Say it, and do it!
>> You need to be firm, once you made your decision, you must prove that you can and will do it…be tough!

Always give your fellows compliments
>>Being a boss doesn’t mean that you always get the honest respect from your fellows, you need to show your appreciation to them every time they did something good…

Ok then , hope that they’ll be no more a leader hated by the followers after this…it is not a hard thing to be a leader, but the hard thing is to be a leader that will be followed to whatever ends~
